Boucheron
The freedom of form
Heritage since1858
OriginParis, France
Frédéric Boucheron opened his first boutique at the Palais-Royal in Paris in 1858. In 1893, the house moved to Place Vendôme, becoming the first of the great contemporary jewelers to establish a boutique there.
Experimentation is central to the house’s design language. Quatre, introduced in 2004, combines four archival motifs in a graphic composition. Its contrasting textures connect a contemporary silhouette with the Boucheron family’s textile heritage. Natural forms and inventive approaches to materials offer another way to read the house’s style.
