CELINE
A Parisian graphic language
Founded in Paris by Céline Vipiana in 1945, CELINE is a French fashion house with a history spanning clothing, leather goods and accessories. Its approach to Parisian style places recognizable visual codes alongside a focus on design and craftsmanship.
The Triomphe monogram, conceived by the founder in the 1970s, is a lasting part of that vocabulary. Its interlocking forms translate readily into graphic hardware and accessories. In an editorial reading of jewelry, clean outlines, chain links and compact emblems are useful points of reference; they do not establish the identity or authenticity of an individual photographed object.
